THIS is where One Minute Before comes into action – we bring the workout program to your office via a mobile application (app), with no weights required. All exercises are done at the employees desk and require no additional setup. Each app is customized and white labeled for the company. Companies can track statistics and progress of each participant/employee. Incentive program can be setup on this tracking. Best percent gain from start to finish – time frames set by the company for contest purposes.
